Our Policy:
We implement a consistent biosecurity program which includes annual veterinary fish health inspections, monitored quarantine processing and daily water quality management to minimize stress. Koi that have purchased cannot be returned to our farm. We institute this policy to prevent the contamination of our facility.

Here at Willow Pond Koi Farm, in Canandaigua, New York, we take great pride in growing quality koi. We also offer a selection of water management and maintenance products to help you keep your pond or water garden healthy.
It is our strict policy that all Koi which we sell are healthy. For that reason, any Koi fish that have been sold and have left our premises cannot be returned. This allows us to rigorously maintain the health and well-being of our Koi stock by significantly reducing the risk of contamination and infection of our stock. This is a policy which we have firmly enforced over the years and which our customers have told us they very much appreciate, allowing them to purchase Koi from us with confidence.
Our concern for the well-being of all our Koi extends to shipping as well. We guarantee that your fish will arrive at your door alive and healthy.
